Congratulations to the School District of Lee County for winning a 2017 Laserfiche Run Smarter® Award in the “Best Accounting/Finance Initiative” category. The school district integrated Laserfiche with PeopleSoft and digitized its requisition process, shortening payment process time from days to hours.

Cotco Metal Works Limited

Congratulations to Cotco Metal Works Limited for winning a 2017 Laserfiche Run Smarter® Award in the “Best Change Management Initiative” category. Within six months of implementing Laserfiche, Cotco Metal Works Limited saved over 200,000 documents, automated multiple business process and improved management oversight, network security and information sharing.

Congratulations to Reaseguradora Patria S.A for winning a 2017 Laserfiche Run Smarter® Award in the “Best Compliance Initiative” category. Reaseguradora Patria S.A. used Laserfiche’s e-forms data collection to build real-time client analysis and compliance reporting.

Camara de Comercio de Barranquilla

Congratulations to Camara de Comercio de Barranquilla for winning a 2017 Laserfiche Run Smarter® Award in the “Best Customer Service Initiative” category. Camara de Comercio de Barranquilla used Laserfiche to create an online public registry portal that streamlines service request for over 50,000 local businesses.

Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Co. Ltd.

Congratulations to Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Co. Ltd for winning a 2017 Laserfiche Run Smarter ® Award in the “Best Human Resource Initiative” category. Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Co. Ltd. used Laserfiche to centralize employee services and onboarding, which has increased transparency within the HR department.

Oakland County, MI

Congratulations to Oakland County, MI, for winning a 2017 Laserfiche Run Smarter® Award in the “Best Public Initiative” category. Oakland County created a new, user-friendly public portal for constituents requesting public information, allowing Oakland County to process four times as many family court case inquiries per month.
