Ed has worked for the County of Franklin, PA since 2004. Initially, only 3 departments utilized Laserfiche, but they have now successfully implemented to 52 departments. Ed’s team supports over 355 Forms processes and over 700 workflows as well as a repository that houses over 5 million documents. Implementing Laserfiche across the organization has helped them to provide better service to their citizens.
Chris Challiot began his career managing recruitment and hiring processes for the City of Southlake. He utilized Laserfiche to drive process improvements and notably developed and implemented a digital Personal History Statement application for Public Safety personnel, reducing submission and processing times from two weeks to as little as 90 minutes.
Dava Clark works as a Programmer Analyst at Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District. She has acted as the Laserfiche administrator for four years. Her Laserfiche responsibilities include project managing process automations, designing solutions and building forms and workflows.
Elizabeth Fernandez has worked for over a decade in contract drafting and negotiations as well as compliance. Prior to her joining the City of Glendale, Ms. Fernandez worked at educational institutes such as Brandman (Chapman) University in Southern California, as well as Arizona State University. She received her Juris Doctor at Western State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Dee-Dee James has been in the IT field for over 20 years. She works for ORAU as a Business Systems Analyst II. She is responsible for providing support of all Laserfiche products. Along with providing technical support, Dee-Dee’s focus is to provide an excellent customer experience.
Duana has worked for the Frisco Independent School District (FISD) in Frisco, Texas for 3 years as a Director in the Human Resources Department. FISD is a district of just over 60,000 students and 7,000 employees. The District utilizes Laserfiche to facilitate a large portion of the processes within the department and across the district. Duana’s responsibilities include identifying, planning and evaluating workflows to support the management of personnel files and onboarding procedures.
Christopher Ulrich is a top speaker and body language expert for CNN’s Headline News, Dr. Oz, The Nancy Grace Show and The Dr. Drew Show. Chris has a multi-disciplined approach to educating clients about body language, building rapport and trust, and detecting insincerity using advanced communication techniques. Attendees benefit from his professional background as a body language expert, improvisational actor, personal coach and political consultant. He’s also the Senior Lead Instructor at the Body Language Institute (BLI) in Washington, DC.
Anna Koenig is a Managing Director of Human Resources in the Frisco Independent School District (FISD). This is her twenty-first year at FISD where she has served as both a teacher and an administrator. She is the former principal of Mary M. Boals Elementary in FISD and also taught at Irving ISD and at Sinai Akiba Academy in Los Angeles. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University and a Master of Education degree from the University of North Texas.
Caren Skipworth has been CIO of Collin County IT in McKinney Texas for 28 years, and in the field of technology for 38 years, including 10 in the private sector. She is a graduate of Texas A&M in Management Information Systems with many certifications in IT methodologies. Most of her experience lies in IT associations for government and State and Federal organizations. Since 2007, Collin County has been using Laserfiche across the enterprise to help drive the success of projects, and is still actively developing solutions to further transformation.
Arika Pierce is a generational strategist, attorney, author, and speaker. She is the author of The Millennial’s Playbook to Adulting, which provides the millennial generation with straightforward guidance and techniques for success. Her focus is developing strategies and techniques to bridge millennials with generations before and after them.
Christian Moore is an Experienced Technical Assistant with a history of working in the Superyacht industry for 5 years. He is experienced in compliance, project management and electronic document management solutions. Christian is an administrative professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (BSc) from the University of Central Lancashire.
Darren Port is the President and founder of Tota Vita Financial Associates. Born in Wisconsin, Darren has over two decades of experience in running various businesses and has focused his practice on providing a higher level of planning and investment support for business owners, executives and philanthropists. Tota Vita serves business owners and clients throughout the United States. Because of the geographical spread of the client family and the planning complexity of business ownership, leveraging technology is a key factor in how Tota Vita maintains smooth operations and provides first-class service. Darren has served on the Pershing Technology Advisory Board for three years and was also a beta tester for the NETX360 application. He has also provided guidance as an advisory board member and consultant for various tech start-up companies.
Amy has worked in the financial services industry since 1998. Prior to joining Rehmann, she worked with State First Consulting in Lansing, Michigan. Amy has extensive experience in management and business development. In her current role, she oversees the daily operations of Rehmann Financial including supervising support staff, providing training on systems and processes, managing technology, assisting with mergers and onboarding and acting as a liaison between Rehmann Financial and their parent firm.

Bill Jobes is the President and Executive IT Consultant for Jobes Technology Solutions and is contracted with the Oakland County Department of Information Technology. As Program Manager for the Countywide Document Management System at Oakland County, he oversees the program budget, projects, and user-driven imaging steering committee.
Chad Christensen, CPA, is Portfolio Manager and Chief Compliance Officer of Semper Augustus Investments Group LLC, a position he has held since 1998.He oversees the development and documentation of the operational processes and the internal control environment and manages the regulatory process through filings and interaction with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
David Humphrey has worked for Intertrust for 8 years, helping them roll out Laserfiche to 2500 employees around the globe. Hi responsibilities include managing the team that handles all aspects of Laserfiche, including integration, migration, design and implementation. In 2018, the team successfully upgraded all Laserfiche environments from version 9.2 to 10.3 and moved to the Azure Cloud platform, constituting a total of twelve major projects in one year with a team of four.
