Vibhaw Arya is Shufro Rose’s Head of Operations and Information Technology. Vib has spent 20 years within the investment management industry at firms including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Neuberger Berman, Reuters, Deutsche Asset Management and Deloitte. He has held increasing levels of responsibility for technology and operations management, project management, strategy & transformational change and business administration. Vib received his B.A. in Computer Science from New York University’s College of Art & Sciences in 1999 and his M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Organizational Management from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business in 2005.
Lidija Bell has worked for Oklahoma Wesleyan University for 5 years. She rolled out Laserfiche Forms in 2015 and set OKWU on the path to digital transformation by building processes that integrate with existing systems and going paperless.
Dr. William Brandon has been working with developmental disabilities for 20+ years and is the founder of Learning ARTS. He has participated in several state and local committees and also been a guest speaker and presenter at numerous conferences and symposiums on the topics of teaching, developmental disabilities, and technology.
Lisa Mae Brunson is a Creative Visionary, Speaker, Author & Social Innovator who is committed to impacting humanity on a global scale. She was named Long Beach Post’s 2016 “40 Under 40″ Winner, and she is a Commissioner on the Commission for Technology and Innovation for the City of Long Beach. She has cultivated the”Art of Fearless Asking” to “magically manifest” her visions into reality. She is the founder of Wonder Women Tech, a global conference platform highlighting, celebrating, and educating women and promoting diversity in STEAM, and has launched Junior Innovation Camps for underprivileged kids. She is founder of two hackathons—Hacks 4 Humanity, a hackathon for Social Good, and Wonder Women Hacks, a hackathon to address challenges facing women and girls.
Tanya Forsheit is a partner and Chair of the Privacy & Data Security Group at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein and Selz, based in Los Angeles. She counsels clients on the protection, processing, and monetization of data, including matters related to interest-based advertising, mobile apps, cloud computing, smart devices and data analytics.
Peg Holt has worked for Ackerman Security Systems for 12 plus years. During the last twelve years, her primary role has been the Collections Manager for the company. In 2016, she was given the opportunity to oversee the Document Management Process and that was when her new journey began. Working very closely with her VAR, she has made enhancements to established workflow processes using Laserfiche. She is also currently pursuing her Gold Laserfiche Certification.
Noel Isama is a Senior Policy Analyst for the Sunlight Foundation. During his time there, he has worked with nearly 20 US cities to adopt open data policies, engage in user research for open data, and provide advice on best practices for transparency.
Joseph has worked for Michael Hill Jewelry for 5 years. In that time, he has worked in the supply chain/logistics area of the business and now currently holds the position of partner business analyst. He was the BA/project lead on the roll out of Laserfiche for international logistics.
For 25+ years, Michelle has delivered global projects as an IT Program/Project Manager for Fortune 500 companies (and dot coms no one heard of) in IT, Healthcare and Entertainment. Her claim to fame was deploying Laserfiche for the City of Long Beach Vital Records as delivery went from 2-4 weeks to 3-5 seconds.
Leslie Turner is a self-proclaimed “records goddess,” with years of experience in records management. She has experienced first-hand the evolution of technology and the challenges in managing digital information. Before FreeDoc, Leslie worked for 11 years in state government as an Electronic Records Management Consultant for Washington State Archives.
Kathy has worked for Educational Service District 112 for 22 years. In 2008, she started implementing Laserfiche for the Worker’s Compensation Trust and has rolled it out to several other programs since. Her passion is designing and implementing business processes that increase efficiency and reduce workloads. Kathy enjoys training others to use Laserfiche and has been a user group leader for four years.
Stephanie Lawrence is the Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President of Operations and Technology at Investment Advisory Services, Inc., a Registered Investment Advisor in The Woodlands, TX. Stephanie has been with IAS since 2015 and brings over 15 years of financial services expertise to the firm. She oversees all cybersecurity, technology and operational areas and has extensive experience in both compliance and finance. Prior to joining IAS, Stephanie played a key role as Global Account Manager for Caplin Systems, a London-based middle-ware financial technology company, where she contributed to the launch of their satellite office in New York, spending her time between both the London and New York offices. Her role included working with all major exchanges, including NYSE, NASDAQ, NYMEX and CME, as well as leading data analytics and research providers to offer one of the first thin client trading platforms to individuals and institutions. From there, Stephanie moved to the RIA space in Houston, TX, with a focus on finance operations, investor relations, reporting and technology platform development and integrations. As a mother of five, Stephanie understands the benefits of organization and planning. She takes on active leadership roles in her children’s schools and her Kiwanis Club. As a former athlete, Stephanie expresses her competitive spirit by coaching a league-winning youth volleyball team.
Veronica has over 14 years of experience as a certified municipal clerk and is currently studying for IGP certification. She is a Laserfiche Administrator, providing workflow implementation, automating business processes, and developing forms. She provides city-wide Laserfiche training to develop custom solutions for paper-light processes and encourages digital transformations using Laserfiche.
During her time at Greystone Power, Stephanie has helped implement Laserfiche in several departments. She has 15 years of experience in data and workflow management, forms creation, and organizing information so that it can be retrieved and reported on in a meaningful way.
Trisha Qualy is the Vice President of Wealth Management at AdvisorNet Financial. Trisha contributes to AdvisorNet’s strategic growth plan by recruiting individual financial advisors and teams that align with the culture of the firm. She focuses on strengthening relationships with custodian partners, vendors, and industry leaders to communicate AdvisorNet’s value proposition across market segments. Trisha is responsible for internal platform operations, technology, and compliance as well as external relationships established for the firm. She also oversees the transition process for advisors as they integrate onto the RIA platform. Trisha is passionate about helping investment advisors grow and improve their businesses while delivering a superior experience to their end-clients.
Megan McNeal-Hamilton has been the Deputy City Clerk of Burnsville, Minnesota since 2013. She serves on her city’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team, charged with implementing the use of Laserfiche across departments. She has conducted training on many topics, including Laserfiche use in the City Clerk’s office and election judge responsibilities.
Currently working in Technology Management, Kirk Nugent is an American Technology Innovator/Speaker/Leader with Jamaican roots and a history of Missionary Service. He has led award-winning technology teams, been featured in technology publications, and travels the world speaking on technology and innovation.
Roderick Burton has worked at the County of Albemarle (Virginia) for 19 years. He recently moved to Manager – Knowledge Management and Communications for the County’s Information Technology Department. In his new role, he is leading the implementation of Laserfiche throughout the organization. With a focus on process improvement and system integration, he has experienced success in change management.
Sanem Dincer has worked for Mary Kay Inc. for over 12 years. During this time, she assisted in creating the Global Records Management Program and implemented Laserfiche in over 10 Mary Kay offices throughout the world. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing a Global Electronic Records Management Process with Laserfiche for all Mary Kay offices.
Jackie S. Martin considers herself a leadership junkie, serial entrepreneur and a life-long learner. As an international speaker, trainer, coach and founder of A Matter of Motivation, Jackie has a passion for helping professionals and leaders light the fire within themselves and their teams. She has worked with Laserfiche clients at both the Empower Conference and as a webinar facilitator on the power of managing change. Her ongoing mission is to motivate and equip leaders to deal confidently with change, and to build company cultures that engage and inspire.

Michael has worked for the County of Chesterfield for 25 years and with the county’s Laserfiche system for 13, both as an analyst and now as the manager of the Desktop Services team. His team is responsible for the care and management of the enterprise installation of Laserfiche, both maintaining the existing records and repositories and working with customers to develop new solutions for ECM. Michael is one of the leaders of the Virginia Laserfiche User’s Group and considers the shared knowledge of users to be one of our most valuable assets. Recipient of the 2017 Tom Wayman Leadership Award.
Tim Nolan hired on at Collin County in 1992. He established a student internship program in 1994 that thrives to this day. He launched GIS, Scrum and kanban at Collin County. He has learned in the last few years that Records Management is cooler than you think and Apps are the best way to share information. GIS was his first love, and Agile is his new love.
